As a native Texan with a background in teaching and advertising, Amy guides her clients with patience, determination, understanding and creativity through this potentially life changing experience. Serving others has always been a passion of Amy’s. In recent years she has volunteered with Crossroads Community Services, the neonatal unit at Presbyterian Hospital, is an avid supporter of Dwell with Dignity, and is chairing the 2010 Chi Omega Christmas Market. While attending Southern Methodist University, Amy was a preschool teacher at Highland Park United Methodist and was head of campus activities for Chi Omega. Throughout her real estate career she has won many prestigious awards, been quoted in several publications and has served on Leadership at the Greater Dallas Association of Realtors Board.

Amy holds her broker's license, is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), holds a Preservation Dallas Advanced Historic House Specialist certification and is a home staging specialist. These credentials make Amy one of the most driven and knowledgeable agents in the Dallas market. Her book of business ranges from first time home buyers to well known historic properties, to multimillion dollar new construction homes to townhomes, and everything in between. There have been times when representing well known clients on the sale and purchase of a home has required complete confidentiality of which Amy has honored and taken very seriously. She is known for her unique marketing techniques, home staging knowledge and unmatched service.

Amy is married to Brent Timmerman, owner of Timmerman Development, LLC and they have a precious daughter, Kallie Elizabeth. They have owned homes in and lived in University Park, Lakewood Heights, Lakewood, Ridgewood Park, and have now found their perch in Lake Highlands.

Beth is a high-energy real estate professional with over seven years of experience focused on the needs and expectations of residential clients.  Beth grew up in Plano, graduated from Texas State University and now resides in the Lake Highlands area with her husband, Jonathan and baby son, Jacob. 

Beth's experiences range from renovations to traditional purchases.  Her experience gives her a unique set of skills to her clients, especially those purchasing renovation projects.  Whether a client is buying or selling, Beth's priority is to fully understand her clients' needs and thoroughly facilitate each step in the process.

After nearly a decade as a teacher for the Richardson Independent School District, Leslie was in search of a rewarding career where she could use her experience teaching and guiding, but that allowed for more flexibility in hours. She found this and has since excelled in the real estate industry. Her experience as a teacher allowed her the opportunity to work with all personality types and the ability to develop relationships that put people at ease. Although a Southern California native, Dallas has been home for Leslie for the past six years. She and her husband live in the University Meadows neighborhood in East Dallas with their son, Lucas and love all the arts, parks and amenities city living has to offer.

Leslie Price is a board member for her neighborhood association, a member of the MetroTex Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is an expert in East Dallas neighborhoods and especially enjoys working with first time homebuyers because she loves to educate buyers as they go through the exciting experience of purchasing a home. Leslie finds true value for her clients in an educated real estate professional therefore she attends training regularly and believes in keeping up to date with the latest real estate changes, technologies and market trends.

For Marcia, the Dallas area has provided rich experiences due to the expansive growth and vast development throughout the DFW area. Moving from a small rural town in the Finger Lakes area, the "big city" seemed very exciting. Deciding to attend college in Texas, she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education, and began teaching school in the Highland Park Independent School District while simultaneously attending Southern Methodist University in pursuit of a Master's Degree. A career break to be "a stay at home mom," allowed opportunities for participation in volunteer leadership positions, helping children in schools, along with personal growth activities at her church , home owners associations, and Junior League of Richardson. During that same time, she became heavily involved in investment real estate, where she learned how properties should be bought and sold. Upon reentering the workforce, she pursued an interest in home building, working on sales teams for some of the best builders in the Dallas area. Assisting people in fulfilling their goal of building a home that they had always dreamed about had great rewards. At that point real estate became a passion, so obtaining her real estate license followed. She feels passionate about working with people until the right home comes along.

Marcia's areas of expertise include investment properties, empty-nester homes, new construction and remodel properties. Marcia has spent time renovating homes, redesigning builder blueprints to make new construction homes special and unique for home buyers. Marcia has knowledge of how home builders negotiate from their side of the table, which serves her clients well when negotiating on the buy side for a new construction home. She also understands the type of existing home that will make a good remodel property or be a good long term investment, and knows what needs to be done in order to create value in a home.
